This page explains what personal data we process when you visit the pensiuneasurya.ro website or contact us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law no. 506/2004.

2. What data we collect
You do not need to provide any personal data simply to browse this website. We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us or when it is required for your stay:
- Booking requests made through the website: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), preferred dates, number of guests and any other details included in your message. Web3Forms processes the form and delivers the request to us by email.
- Phone calls and emails: the information you choose to provide directly.
- Guest registration at check-in: the information required by Romanian law.
3. How and why we use your data
- to respond to your enquiries and manage your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps taken prior to entering into a contract and performance of the contract);
- to comply with our legal obligations, for example tax and guest registration requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing purposes without your consent. We keep it only for as long as is necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
4. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
5. Cookies
Our website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use any traffic analytics or advertising tools.
Some features are provided by third parties, which may process your IP address or set their own cookies. The website’s fonts are hosted on our own server, while the map and video are loaded only when you choose to open them:
- Google Maps: the map in the Contact section loads only after you select “Show map” (Google’s privacy policy);
- YouTube: the presentation video loads only after you press play or follow the link to our channel;
- Web3Forms: the service used to send booking requests to us (web3forms.com).

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.
